The Classic Residence by Hyatt is a fourteen story high-rise hotel located in Chevy Chase, Maryland. The scope of work included removal and replacement of all exterior sealants, pressure washing entire façade and applying elastomeric coating, wet glazing glass to metal joints on all window perimeters, repair of damaged EFIS, and precast concrete. The building was occupied throughout the duration of the project. Extreme care was taken to protect the landscaping, and the entrance & exit canopies. Strict work schedules with the hotel were used to minimize hotel guest inconveniences.
