Downtown Silver Spring Redevelopment Project

Simpson Unlimited's "full service" restoration really came into play during the Award Winning Downtown Silver Spring Redevelopment Project. Skilled employees from all 4 of Simpson's divisions; Roofing, Waterproofing, Architectural Sheet Metal, and Service Department worked on numerous areas throughout the redevelopment project. We waterproofed the Wayne Avenue and Town Square Garages, completed the dismantling, refurbishment, and re-installation of the canopy on the AFI Silver Theater, and roofed Block B and Block C.
