Hotel Monaco
700 F St. NW The Monaco Hotel is a historic landmark located at 700 F Street, NW, Washington, DC, an icon in the heart of the Penn Quarter neighborhood. We were awarded a contract to perform the plaza rehabilitation which consisted of demolition of the existing plaza area, installing new waterproofing membrane, and reinstallation of pavers in the Summer of 2004. In the Spring of 2005 we were awarded a contract to return and complete the 2nd phase of the project. While there we completed miscellaneous repairs on their metal roof and wet glazed their skylights.
