The Hyatt Regency
1800 Presidents Street The Hyatt Regency is a fourteen story high-rise hotel located in the middle of prestigious Reston Town Center. The scope of work included widening shelf angle relief joints, caulking masonry and window perimeter joints, brick replacement and masonry cleaning. The building was fully occupied during the duration of the project. Extreme care was taken to protect the landscaping, massive lobby skylight, and the entrance/exit canopies. Strict work schedules with the hotel were used to minimize hotel guest inconveniences. Later we were awarded a second contract to complete concrete repairs and deck coatings to their parking garage.
