The Hyatt Regency
- The Hyatt Regency is a fourteen story high-rise hotel located in the middle of prestigious Reston Town Center. The scope of work included widening shelf angle relief joints, caulking masonry and window perimeter joints, brick replacement and masonry cleaning. The building was fully occupied during the duration of the project. Extreme care was taken to protect the landscaping, massive lobby skylight, and the entrance/exit canopies. Strict work schedules with the hotel were used to minimize hotel guest inconveniences. Later we were awarded a second contract to complete concrete repairs and deck coatings to their parking garage.

Richmond Condominium
- The Richmond Condominium is a ten story concrete framed building with a brick masonry façade and was constructed in 1989. In 2005 we installed masonry ties, tuck-pointed open joints, performed replacement of isolated cracked brick, removed and replaced caulk joints, rout and sealed façade cracks, installed counter flashing, replaced lintels, and installed window glazing at miscellaneous locations as specified by the consultant.
