Richmond Condominium
1401 17th Street, NW The Richmond Condominium is a ten story concrete framed building with a brick masonry façade and was constructed in 1989. In 2005 we installed masonry ties, tuck-pointed open joints, performed replacement of isolated cracked brick, removed and replaced caulk joints, rout and sealed façade cracks, installed counter flashing, replaced lintels, and installed window glazing at miscellaneous locations as specified by the consultant.
