Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) is a single-ply roofing membrane commonly used in commercial roofing for their resistance to ultraviolent, ozone, and chemical exposure. These heat-reflective, energy efficient roofing is composed of polypropylene and ethylene-propylene rubber that’s been polymerized. EPDM also offers benefits like:

  • Durable, flexible, and versatile
  • Economical and easy to install
  • Long-lasting performance
  • 100% recyclable, sustainable, and environmentally friendly

TPO roofing systems were designed for buildings in regions with more cooling degree days (when cooling equipment is necessary). The membranes reflect the UV radiation and help to keep the surface of the roof and the entire building cool during the hot summer months, helping to reduce cooling costs and decrease carbon emissions.
