In 2016, Simpson undertook the replacement of over 145,000 square feet of existing commercial roofing on a middle school for Loudoun County Public School. The replacement included the removal of an existing EPDM membrane commercial roof, replaced with a new fully-adhered Carlisle-Syntec EPDM membrane roofing system. The project also included the replacement of through-wall flashing, exterior sealant replacement, brick replacement, deck patching, roof hatch replacement, and gas pipe augmentation. The project was completed in Fall of 2016.
