The Project consisted on the façade repairs based on the consulting engineer’s evaluation of the façade systems detailing rainwater leakage to the interior of the building. Simpson Unlimited performed an extensive building exterior scope of work including the resealing of window frame joinery, performed selective sealant replacement, and power washed and sealed all façade elevations. Masonry work included the installation of through-wall flashing on multiple elevations, selective tuckpointing, and brick replacement at multiple elevations. Simpson also performed parking garage restoration by performing chemical grout injection at the garage level to remediate water infiltration.
