We design a custom scope of work that takes into account your building’s unique features, size, access requirements, etc. to create a custom plan of action that falls within your budget.

Build

Once we have an agreed upon plan with a contract we execute the work and complete the work on time and within budget.  Our goal is to make the roofing, building facade, and waterproofing easy.

As industry-leading commercial roofing contractors, Simpson is proud of its expertise and proficiency, so the best starting point for you is to arrange a site visit from one of our top-tier estimators to do an initial investigation and review. With insight into your building’s use, your warranty coverage, decking, and existing commercial roofing system, our pros can determine the most appropriate and budget-friendly system for your building envelope. Roofing is far from one-size-fits-all, but lucky for you, we’ve seen and done it all.

No one ever said roofs need to be replaced every 20 years. As a matter of fact, with regular preventative maintenance, well cared-for commercial roofing systems can (and should!) last for 30+ years. Here’s the easiest piece of pro bono advice we can offer: clean your roof drains, scuppers, and gutters. Like a dentist nagging you to floss, the simple, never-ending task of cleaning your multiple roof drainage points could save endless long-term headaches and extend your roof life by years. 

That’s a long way of saying that we do everything in our power to determine repairs before we diagnose the need for a replacement. But you can leave the rest of the details to our crack team of estimators. Rest assured they’ll provide the best guidance in the business and offer the most appropriate solutions for your building and budget. As always, we’ve got you covered.

Yes! It’s faster and cheaper to have one of our estimators do a full material leak investigation before we call in the whole bullpen. If you have an emergency, call our emergency hotline anytime to have our service team dispatched immediately. But barring those, it’s almost always more beneficial to have one of our detectives on the case before we ring up the SWAT team.

We want to make things as simple as possible. Because every member of our team is an expert in every facet of roof and building repair, anyone you reach on our main line will be able to thoughtfully direct you to the best contact within the company. Commercial roof coatings are widely considered “miracles in a bucket” for their reliable waterproofing and seemingly simple application. But as much as we wish it were true, it’s not as straightforward as painting your roof. Roof coatings are only as good as what they’re coating to, so we recommend letting one of our estimators take a detailed look at your commercial roofing system to determine whether or not you’re the right candidate.

Roofs take the blame for just about any building leak, but the reality is it could have any number of sources, internal or external. If your leak is on the 7th floor of a 12-story building, chances are the roof isn’t the bad guy. Similarly if a leak is found in the middle of your building, the wall or window likely aren’t to blame.
